26 Thai Founder Niki Pattharakositkul Featured Among Atlanta’s Leading Women in Culinary

We’re honored to share that Niki Pattharakositkul, founder of 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar and CEO of 26 Hospitality Group, has been featured by Discover Atlanta among the women leading and influencing Atlanta’s culinary scene.

Born and raised in Thailand, Niki built her career through hands-on experience in hospitality before opening the first 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar location at just 26 years old. What began as a single restaurant has since grown into a collection of concepts across Atlanta, including Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant, Blackjack Bar Tapas, and upcoming projects like Terminal 26 and Khao Thai Isan.

The feature highlights women across Atlanta who are helping shape the city’s food culture through leadership, creativity, and innovation. For Niki, that vision has always centered around introducing guests to a broader and more regional perspective on Thai cuisine while creating spaces that feel energetic, welcoming, and memorable.

From menu development to restaurant design and guest experience, Niki remains closely involved in every concept within the group. Her work continues to blend authentic Thai influences with modern hospitality, helping bring new energy and representation to Atlanta’s dining scene.

We’re grateful to see her journey and contributions recognized and proud to continue sharing Thai culture and cuisine with the Atlanta community.
