What began with a single venture called 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar – the group’s flagship concept that Niki opened in 2016 at 26 years old – has evolved into nine thriving locations of 26 Thai, alongside an Asian street food-inspired concept, Blackjack Bar Tapas, and their latest venture, Pink Lotus, which recently opened in West Midtown’s Stockyards. Stay tuned, as several new concepts as well as new 26 Thai locations are still on the way!
