Niki Pattharakositkul of 26 Thai Featured as a Leading Restaurant Founder in Atlanta

Portrait of Niki Pattharakositkul, founder of 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar and CEO of 26 Hospitality Group in Atlanta

We’re proud to share that our founder, Niki Pattharakositkul, has been featured for her journey and leadership behind 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar and 26 Hospitality Group.

Niki opened her first restaurant at just 26 years old—the flagship location of 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar in Buckhead. The name itself reflects both her age at the time and her mindset: taking bold chances and building something meaningful from the ground up.

What started as a single location has grown into a multi-concept restaurant group across Atlanta. Today, 26 Hospitality Group includes several restaurants such as Blackjack Bar Tapas and Pink Lotus Thai, with additional concepts like Terminal 26 and Khao Thai Isan on the horizon.

Born and raised in Thailand, Niki moved to Atlanta and began her career working in restaurants, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. That foundation continues to shape her approach today—staying closely involved in operations, menu development, and concept creation.

Her journey reflects a combination of resilience, creativity, and a deep understanding of hospitality. From drawing inspiration through travel to collaborating with culinary and beverage teams, Niki continues to play an active role in shaping each concept within the group.

We’re honored to see her story recognized and look forward to continuing to grow and share our vision of Thai cuisine and hospitality across Atlanta.
